GET READY TO
- Provide accurate, relevant and timely legal advice on matters impacting the business, its products and services.
- Prepare, review and analyse various procedural and regulatory documents.
- Prepare and review agreements with suppliers, partners and other external stakeholders.
- Prepare company’s internal documents (policies, internal rules, guidelines, templates etc.).
- Support corporate governance processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, assess their implications for the business and industry and advise internal stakeholders on potential impacts.
- Manage cross‑border coordination with international law firms, tax authorities and other external partners, as well as with internal departments, group subsidiaries and the wider corporate group.
WE EXPECT YOU HAVE
- Master of Laws degree or a relevant advanced degree.
- Relevant experience in a law firm, an in-house legal role or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and oral).
- Good command of GDPR requirements would be considered an advantage.
- Good understanding of the corporate governance in an international environment.
- Ability to conduct legal research of varying complexity.
- Ability to analyse and interpret law and legal issues.
- Ability to collect and structure information and provide legally grounded conclusions.
- Willingness and ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
