GET READY TO
- Prepare various reports and analysis(both on a scheduled or ad hoc basis) based on business needs, including KPIs, revenue streams, and cost structures.
- Interpret data and present insights to management about financial trends, variances, and areas of improvement.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting process.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting by gathering input from variuos departments, analyzing historical data and market trends, and providing analytical insights.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets, identify variances, and provide explanations to management.
- Propose solutions and develop analytical tools to facilitate data driven decision making.
- Work closely with IT department to develop and enhance reporting tools, particularly in Power BI.
- Provide input on required report types, data sources, and desired visualizations to ensure reports meet the needs of various stakeholders.
- Assist management in other ad hoc tasks and participate in various projects
WE EXPECT YOU HAVE
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Proven experience in financial analysis or similar role
- Ability to translate complex data into business insights including analyzes of data accuracy
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Strong Excel skills and PowerPoint proficiency
- Experience with SQL / Power BI / Excel queries (would be a strong advantage)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Ownership, initiative, proactivity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good collaboration skills
- Open and positive communication behavior
