GET READY TO
- Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering collaboration across the team.
- Ensure daily management and support of the direct team to achieve their allocated SLA’s, targets and goals.
- Ensure great overall support experience to the stakeholders and colleagues.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Provide frequent and consistent feedback to team members, regularly conducting one-on-one sessions with them.
- Review process logic to contribute efficiency target.
- Be actively involved in designing and implementing operations improvements.
- Check and review technical process logic, search for solutions and initiating additional tools to achieving efficiency goal.

- Higher education degree.
- Strong experience in operations management.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills, with responsibility and focus on results.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Open and positive communication behavior.
- Good written and spoken English.

- Salary range from 2600 EUR gross/month (depending on candidate's experience) and quarterly bonus.
