GET READY TO
- Analyze and follow up on sales data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities
- Suggest improvements on current sales processes and pricing models
- Work in pricing strategy and perform cost analysis, together with partners and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate product adjustments and ensure smooth implementation across markets
- Drive and contribute to digitalization projects related to sales and product:
- Support teams across all countries with KPIs and CRM tools
- Extract and prepare data for local teams and partners
- Collaborate with finance department to analyze customer portfolio and budgets
- Support the unification of sales processes and tools
- Act as a key contact for sales-related topics with partners, including pricing and daily operations
- Support internal product development initiatives
WE EXPECT YOU HAVE
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales and financial data
- Experience in sales process optimization, pricing, product-related roles
- Understanding of CRM systems, KPIs, and digital sales tools
- Business-oriented mindset with a proactive and structured working style
- Excellent communication and collaborations skills
- Ability to present insights and deliver training in a clear, engaging way
- Proactiveness and hands-on approach to work
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
