GET READY TO
- Manage documentation in a structured way including collection of necessary documents, preparation and sending the contracts
- Coordination of communication with the clients related to contracts and offer sending questions
- Working with the customer database: entering and updating customer data
- Communication with customers, sales representatives, and sales support specialists in other countries.
WE EXPECT YOU HAVE
- Higher education
- Similar work experience would be considered as a great advantage
- Excellent command of English and Lithuanian languages
- Knowledge of Russian, Polish and German languages would be considered as a great advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- Ambition to work with clients directly in near future
- Strong ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and prioritize
- Knowledge of MS Office software package.
