GET READY TO
- Conduct detailed process mapping using standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN, value stream mapping) to visualize current-state and future-state workflows.
- Design, develop and document end-to-end business processes—clearly defining inputs, outputs, decision points and handoffs—to ensure accuracy, clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Perform in-depth process analyses to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, waste and opportunities for cost savings or cycle-time reduction
- Define scope, boundaries, inputs, outputs, and key performance indicators. (KPIs) for each owned process; establish metrics and reporting cadence to monitor ongoing performance.
- Lead process design and continuous improvement initiatives, including pilot testing, change management, and roll-out support.
- Engage and align stakeholders across departments—Finance, Operations, IT, Customer Service, etc.—to secure buy-in, gather requirements and manage expectations.
- Collaborate with the IT department and external technology partners to ensure process automation solutions and systems are properly supported, integrated, and maintained.
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, risk logs and communication plans to deliver process improvement projects on time and within budget.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions and documentation handoffs to operational teams to ensure sustainable adoption of new processes.
WE EXPECT YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field; or process-related certification (Six Sigma, Lean, BPM) preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in business process management, process improvement or project delivery, preferably in a mid- to large-scale organization.
- Demonstrated expertise with process-mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform quantitative and qualitative process analyses.
- Solid project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience drafting process documentation, training materials and executive presentations.
- Familiarity with process automation platforms (e.g., RPA, workflow management systems) and basic understanding of software development lifecycles as a plus.
