TEAM LEAD - OPERATIONS

GET READY TO

  • Lead, support and develop a team of 8 specialists, creating an environment where people can perform, grow and succeed.
  • Organize day-to-day operations, set priorities and ensure effective workload distribution.
  • Monitor team performance against SLAs, KPIs, quality standards and operational targets.
  • Hold regular 1:1 meetings, provide meaningful feedback and support individual development plans.
  • Take ownership of operational challenges - gather information, identify root causes, involve the right stakeholders and drive issues through to resolution.
  • Lead continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and digitalize manual processes.
  • Analyze operational data and performance trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Review technical process logic and work with relevant stakeholders to design more efficient solutions.
  • Play an active role in designing and implementing Excise Duty processes and operations.
  • Ensure a high-quality service experience for internal stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Work closely with other Team Leads and the Head of Unit to align priorities, share best practices and achieve common goals.

WE EXPECT YOU HAVE

  • Higher education degree.
  • Strong experience in operations management; previous people-management experience is a strong advantage.
  • A genuine interest in leading and developing people.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership.
  • Ability to make decisions and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Open, positive and clear communication style.
  • Good written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with operational data.

  • Salary range from 2600 EUR gross/month (depending on candidate's experience) and quarterly bonus.
