How did your journey with Edenred Finance begin?
I joined Edenred Group 10 years ago in Brazil as CFO. Since then, the company has offered me various opportunities across the globe, including my previous position in finance transformation in Chile and current role in Lithuania. Each chapter of my career at Edenred has brought new challenges, and I’ve grown both professionally and personally with every step.
What motivated you to move to Lithuania ?
I had a good interaction with the management team, that’s why I decided to take this opportunity and come to Lithuania. I liked that the business in Lithuania is totally different than what we were doing in the other countries. That made the opportunity very attractive, it was an amazing opportunity to develop myself, also to explore a new country, culture and meet new people.
How would you describe the Edenred Finance team?
Committed, professional, and dedicated. Everyone here is very committed to their work and aligned with our goals. At the same time, there’s a strong human element within the team – they often show that they care about each other.
What surprised you the most about relocating to Lithuania?
The level of care and thought that the team put into my relocation. They didn’t only focus on the business side, they briefed me on everything: where I might live, how daily life works, even what cultural aspects to pay attention to. The level of consideration and that human touch really made the difference.
In short, what do you value most in a workplace?
Clarity and honesty. I appreciate that here in Lithuania, people are direct, they say what they think, and they share their views openly.
How has working in different countries shaped your leadership approach?
Working in Brazil, Chile, and now Lithuania gave me perspective. I’ve learned to look at situations from other people’s point of view. It helped me develop greater empathy, and now I try to listen deeply and understand context before reaching conclusions. That mindset shift is very important for building strong relationships in finance.
