What is your role within the Edenred team?
As for my role, I am currently leading the Customer Service Department. I’m responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the customer relations team, driving its effectiveness, and achieving our goals. I joined this team a year ago after returning from maternity leave.
Did you feel anxious about returning to work after maternity leave?
Of course, there were some worries – especially around how I would balance the needs of both my family and work. But I believe it’s natural to feel a bit of stress and fatigue when facing a tight schedule. Thankfully, I quickly realized that Edenred Finance genuinely cares about employee well-being, and my return to work was smooth and thoughtfully managed.
How did Edenred Finance support your return to work?
From day one, I felt genuinely welcomed back – both by my managers and colleagues. To ensure a smooth transition, training sessions were organized to refresh my knowledge, and regular one-on-one meetings with my direct manager helped align expectations, discuss tasks and opportunities, and openly share how I was feeling emotionally.
What do you value most in your team at Edenred Finance?
Team spirit. We operate like a family – sharing experiences, working together to find answers and solutions. That’s our strength and drives us toward both everyday wins and major milestones.
What inspires you most at work?
A happy and satisfied customer is one of my greatest sources of inspiration. It means all our efforts have paid off. My team is another big source of motivation – it’s the reason we were proud to win the Team of the Year award this year.
What advice would you give to colleagues returning to work after a break?
Trust yourself, and don’t be afraid to stretch your limits. Grow, and keep moving forward. Turn your concern into a helpful ally on the road to success and confidence.
